  The Rapidly Growing Global Water Business Market and Business Strategies of Japanese Companies

  Due to population growth and economic development in emerging countries, the world is facing a situation of water shortage, and solving this problem has become an important global issue. This report describes the business strategies of global and Japanese companies to solve water shortages, and argues that there is a large global market for the water business, which represents a business opportunity for Japanese companies. However, the barriers to entry for Japanese companies in the global water business are high, and they need to strengthen their efforts in the water business.
