■ Title   Toward Becoming Best University to Study

■ Outline   As globalization advances in corporate management, the multinationalization of companies is accelerating through their own overseas expansion and the acquisition of overseas companies by Japanese companies or Japanese companies by overseas companies through mergers and acquisitions. Utilizing human resources with diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds has become a major factor in a company's international competitiveness. Furthermore, words such as "globalization" and "global human resources" are frequently used, and globalization has become a priority in school education in Japan, with "international" and "global" being used in the names of faculties and departments, and "internationalization" and "globalization" being used in the educational philosophy of universities in an increasing number of cases.
