  Iris Ohyama, which has been engaged in the household goods business, has now entered the home appliance business. Iris Oyama has created many "inexpensive and convenient" products in the past. The company's business and product mix has changed along with technological and social changes, including gardening supplies, pets, storage, kitchens, food, and LED lighting. The company's main management strategies include moving production overseas and entering the consumer electronics business, where major electronics manufacturers have been consolidating and exiting.
