■ Title   Current Status and Challenges of Japanese Banks in Financial Globalization: A Case Study of Japanese Banks in the Chinese Market

■ Outline   Amid globalization and a shrinking domestic market, Japanese banks are also seeking to expand into overseas markets. Unlike other industries, the financial industry is strictly regulated and has high barriers to entry. In China, the opening up of the financial industry has been much slower, and even now the legal aspects are far from well-developed.
