  The Effect of Firm-Specific Skills, Career Opportunities, and Organizational Effectiveness on Turnover Intensions in Foreign-Owned Firms in Japan
■ 概要
  We make a web survey to see if there has been increase in the mobility between two divided labor market in Japan currently, namely one for workers only working in Japanese firms and the other for workers who prefer to be employed by foreign-owned firms in Japan. We tried to see the difference in the possession of firm-specific skills of workers between these two labor makers. We found the possible mobility started to grow in Japan, although there was not much difference in FSS as opposed to our expectation.
