■ Title   On Weil Number for a Hyper-Elliptic Curve

■ Outline   As a candidate for the next generation cryptographic system, hyper-elliptic curve has a high priority. In order to calculate the order of a hyper-elliptic, expressing a Weil number for a given prime number in some algebraic extension field as an explicit form is useful and important.
