■ Title   Financial Analysis of Local Group of Hospitals

■ Outline   Amid declining birthrates and an aging population, medical expenses are putting pressure on local government finances, and depopulation is causing the collapse of local community medicine. In this study, we conducted a management analysis of a local public hospital group and pointed out problems.
