  An Interpretation of Plato's Laws 845b-857b - Some Prerequisites for Revisions of Penal Codes -

  This paper inquires into the prerequisites for revising the criminal legislation of the society in which those who revise have been nurtured, by interpreting Plato's "Law", 842b-857b (last parts of volume 8 to the beginning of volume 9) . The Agricultural Law provides a template(paradigm) for legislation after that, and from the beginning of Volume 9 to 857b is a story to show how the legislation and justice are deviating.
