  Teacher Self-efficacy and Teacher Gratification of Instruction
■ 概要
  The relationship between teacher self-efficacy and teaching satisfaction was investigated. The results suggest that teachers gain teaching satisfaction by changing goals and incorporating learner feedback into their teaching language, thereby deepening their introspection and awareness.
