  Instructional Speech and Techer Self-efficacy: A cross-section and longitudinal comaprisons
■ Outline
  The present study compared novice and expert teachers in Japan cross-sectionally and longitudinally, followed by interviews. Results revealed discrepancies of the relational patterns of IS and TSE both in expert teacher and between the novice and the expert teachers, conducing to the different reflections on a specific classwork activity, such as direction, management, and encouragement.
