  Focusing on the psychology and behaviour of Japanese English teachers, this book enlightens the characteristics of Japanese-speaking English teachers' bilingualism, specifically Japanese and English. The impact of Japanese on English learning and social aspects in the classroom is examined. It explains that the ratio of English to Japanese use is an essential factor that makes a difference in the quality of teaching and proposes the optimal way for the teachers to be based on scientific evidence when teaching.
