The 'Hina Dolls' and 'May Dolls' in the Kaitokudo Collections
■ Outline
  "Sairenzu(Girls picking lotus)" depicts girls who are rowing boats and picking lotus, which symbolizes girls healthy growth. This work,including its copy, was sent to women twice. We can say this work is the 'Hina Dolls' in the Kaitokudo Collections.
Meanwhile, "Minamoto Yoshiie Boganzu(Looking at Wild Geese)" depicts clever General who noticed hidden enemy by watching the movement of wild geese. This work is originally sent to Nabika Kansen by his uncle Nakai Shoen, praying for his nephew's healthy growth. We can say this work is the 'May Dolls' in the Kaitokudo Collections.
