■ Title   Ren of Confucius

■ Outline   Ren of Confucius is widely regarded as love. But we can not explain all of Ren in the Analects of Confucius. This paper claims that Ren as love is originated in the Discourses of Mencius, and reconsiders the meening of Ren in the Analects of Confucius.
