■ Title   Disastrous Storm and Flood in 1772 Seen in Seijoki

■ Outline   In 1772, Nakai Chikuzan, the scholar of Kaitokudo school in Osaka, visited Edo--nowaday's Tokyo. When returning to Osaka, Chikuzan encouterd disastrous storm and flood. He recorded the situation in detail in the travel book named Seijoki.
