■ Title   A Note on Yinxun of Wang Bi

■ Outline   Wang Bi who wrote an annotation of Laozi thought that the main thought of Laozi is Yinxun. On this Yinxun, some scholar says it is originated from Zhuangzi, and some says it is originated from Hanfeizi. This paper examined two doctorines and supports the latter.
