■ 標題   Sociolinguistic evaluation of linguistic diversity by software localization

■ 概要   This study attempts to examine the level of localization of computer software from a sociolinguistic perspective. In measuring linguistic diversity, the author reviews the progress of localization of Microsoft Windows series operating systems, and compares the result with selected socio-economic factors. The author concludes that from a qualitative point of view, linguistic diversity is yet to be pursued in order to ensure more linguistic equity and fairness.   単著   The Journal of Three Dimensional Images   23(2),pp.83-88   2009/07
