  Effects of Pre- or Post-bath Resting in the Bathing After Worlload on Changes in Blood Lactic Acid Levels

  As mentioned above, having a 30-60-min post-exercise rest before taking a bath is the current recommendation, but the actual effects of such post-exercise pre-bath rests on recovery from fatigue remain unclear. In this study, we aimed to reveal the effects of pre-bath rest after workload on fatigue recovery, with a focus on changes in lactic acid levels.
