■ Title   The countermeasures against dwindling birthrate, Involving companies and Society: Case study in Hsinchu city, Taiwan.

■ Outline   Generally, all of Taiwan birthrate had decreasing in this decade. However, only in Hsinchu city, the birthrate had not dropped.
