  A Study of the Labor Management of Japanese food service companies in Taiwan
■ Outline
  This study has done four hearing investigation in Taiwan to figure out how Japanese restaurant companies keep and develop employees. It found that one of the Japanese restaurant companies effectively succeeded to keep and develop Taiwanese employees.
