■ Title   Labor-management Autonomy and Work Time regulation: Comparison between Japan and Taiwan.

■ Outline   In December 2019, labor law had been changed in Taiwan. The law allowed employers to expand the work time of labor beyond the law regulation, through the agreement between employers and workers. It was similar situation in Japan.
