■ Title Development of Competitive Board Game for Disaster Prevention Education |
■ Outline This research aims at proposing a tool to educate the knowledge and judgment ability of disaster for the children of the first half of teens. To this end, we developed a prototype of the board game. The game is a competitive board game for two players so that facilitators and leaders are not required. One of the players is a player who plays a role of people, the other player is a player who plays a role in causing the disaster. A map and 2 types of card are used in this game. The map shows simplified terrain of the actual world. The cards represent knowledge of disaster and the mitigating way of disaster. In this paper, we report an overview of the prototype of the game.
