  An Analysis on the Intention to Use Receiving Point Outside of Home in Online Shopping from the Perspective of Consumers Attributes

  In addition to each house, we can receive parcel delivery services at convenience stores, parcel delivery lockers, school and workplaces. However, the number of users of these pick-up spots is low. The reason for this is that consumers are not aware of pickup spot other than their houses. Also, it is possible that the pick-up spot outside of your house is not easy to use. We have summarized the conditions for using these pickup spots through a questionnaire. And we considered what information they needed to use it.
